Stripper troubles

No, not those kind, my wife knows how to shoot, too.

I'm looking for info on stripper clip guides for the FAL and CETME/G3 rifles. Has anyone attempted to modify M-14 guides for use with either of the above?

found an answer and another question

I found a polymer sleeve type charger/plunger device that will work for several .308 mags... it comes with 2 10 round strippers. Has anyone tried one of these? Does it have to have the proprietary 10 round stippers or will it also work with the Indian or Australian 5 round strippers that come on milsurp .308?

made you look

Thanks for the reply... sorry to get your hopes up just to let them crash LOL!

I guess not too many guys have tried these polymer box types. I can't find any info, on the net or otherwise, whether or not CETME or HK ever built stipper guides. I did find an HK mag loader, but considering the price tag it belonged in a museum someplace and not in my accessories.

I think I might end up going with this polymer type. I want to be able to load and reload mags quickly, mainly so I don't have to store them loaded and weaken the springs. I'm just hoping I can use these NATO 5 round strippers I have.

You knew what I was thinking; my only *problem* is running out of dollar bills. Sorry, can't help on your question though.
