My Lyman 49th does not show the 32 gr blitzking but it shows for the 32gr V-max and the 40 gr V-max.

FWIW, Hodgdon's online reloading data center doesn't show loads for the specific bullets you asked about, but it does show different loads for the V-max bullets than Lyman shows.

You think the oal is about the same between the vmax and hpbt? The length if the bullet themselves is the same

I started loading .204 when it was new and data was hard to find, this site helped me a lot:
http://www.rugerhunting.com/204_data.php Sierra load data: http://www.rugerhunting.com/204_data_sierra.php Sierra PDF loading sheet: http://www.rugerhunting.com/204_Ruger_sierra.pdf (includes case dimensions, etc good to print out for reference) For the Berger 40 I used starting data from the 40gr Vmax, I don't pay a lot of attention to book OAL, I just load to mag length. I could seat a lot longer if I wanted to single feed, but it didn't improve accuracy so I load to fit the magazine. |
