I looked up my 92FS, it's 17 years old now. All I've replaced is a few recoil springs. Reliable peace of equipment, that’s for sure.

If the gun is Italian-made, you can also figure out the year of manufacture by reading the code inside the little square proofmark and checking it against this chart:
