so what's the bottom line?

are pistol mags that have a capacity of 10 rounds or less illegal IF purchased before Jan 15th,2013 and have 7 rounds loaded?

I'm positive all the criminals and nut cases will abide by this law.

How does this affect licensed security guards...7 rounds for them...unlimited for the bad guys.....

The king of NY and all his loyal knights should be impeached.
