Wire pulling lube - water based. Buy it at ACE. The brand is Ideal ClearGlide. No mess. No oily cleanup.

I tried several including some home grown formulas and methods but settled on Imperial sizing wax. I have never had a case sieze when using it, something I can't say about the spray lubes and home grown formulas. 6 bucks a tin and a tin will last me about a year

I've always used RCBS lube on a lube pad. I've been through a few lube pads and a few bottles of lube but it's worked just fine for over 30 years now
