Under Hammer pistol kit?
I love building kit guns and would love an underhammer type. Anyone know of a kit?

Unless somone is selling remakes of the old H&A kits, I do not know of one currently on the market.
But, I have a friend who makes, on a semi-custom basis, a fine underhammer rifle. He could probably send you parts to use for a pistol. If interested, contact me privately and I'll get in touch with him. |

You might check with Deer Creek. If I remember correctly, I bought my underhammer rifle from them - H & A .36 type. At one time, I believe that they had kits for the pistol. I can remember seeing some around at Friendship but it's been a few years. Either that, or I'm just getting senile!? I'm sorry - I don't have their contactinformation but someone on here will have it I'm sure. Nothing ventured/nothing gained so it's at least worth a call to them to see. Hope you find what you're looking for. I've never shot the underhammer pistol but it looks like it would be a lot of fun. I LOVE my underhammer rifle! Simple, reliable, accurate! Good luck!
