Collector's firearms seized in NM

Anyone else following this? Is it perhaps elsewhere on TFL, and I missed it? If so, apologies, or please point me to, or place this at, the appropriate locale.

Didn't have a lot of search time but saw this discussion:

It appeared at InfoWars, a site where I like to find pointers to issues, but always do my own fact-checking.

The guy's website is still up and it lists his inventory.

The guy sure had an impressive collection.

I hope things turn out well for him - if only because it would be a shame to see some of the antiques destroyed.

As has been said, pre 1968, not all firearms had SN's I know, I have a couple. Secondly, he is a collector, writer and in the firearms business, and they "accuse" him of selling firearms?

I wonder if they ever considered, Canada has antique firearms too?

It's the pits he has to go through this, but it smells like what happened to some "oriental massage parlors" in Spokane last year...They siezed all their assests, and even admitted they did so to put them out of business...but never charged them with anything...Well Spokane had to give the owners all of their assets back here a couple weeks ago.

How this guy can get his assets back too.
