DHS.gov active shooter/spree shooter incident training...
If you are interested or know anyone who wants any details about this type of training, DHS(US Dept of Homeland Security) has a special page for active shooter(spree shooter) response training; www.dhs.gov/active-shooter-preparedness .
There are classes at the FLETC, www.fletc.gov & webinars(90min) on the topic(s). Clyde |

Rob Pincus, Personal Defense Network, (also a member here) puts out an excellent DVD on Active Shooter Response.
Its the best material I've seen on the subject and I use to teach swat teams. Its not about taking out the shooter, its about saving your's and your family's life. Everyone who is around other people should get this video and have your family and loved ones watch it. Notice I said "around people" because if you have people you're going to have active shooting. The best defense is NOT DHS, the best defense is YOU. And no I'm not affiliated with PDN, except to say I've bought several of their DVDs.
