Neat addon for my Dillon

I just put this on my 550, it really helps me to check the powder in the shell.
And it's even the right colour!

Although it isn't anywhere near as bright as that photograph suggests.

xmastree,

Where did you get that and do they come in red (I have a Hornady)?

Cool!

I like that! Gonna have to look around for one. I just got a new shop light for my reloading bench! Home Depot sells them.

Probably not much help to you, but I bought it in the car accessory section of a local hardware store. Local being Davao, Philippines...
Filipinos love dressing up their cars.

Here's another pic of it:

As for red, well they only had blue in this store, but take a look at
this
It's a little bigger, as the battery assembly is on the end of the arm, but it might fit the bill. Having had one of their flashlights for years I can heartily reccommend their products.

Looking at the way my powder catches the blue light has me wondering if it's phosphorescent... the above is available in ultra violet...
That would be cool

Wanna see a moody shot of it? I took the smaller pics when I was trying to explain a problem I was having. Then I took the main one when Inoticed how it looked kinda cool when I forgot to turn off the spotlight once... :barf:

Unfortunately, tripod sometimes slaps a big advert across the page. If it does, hit, erm, reload...

xmastree,

Thanks. I'll look at some car parts and hardware places.

Pretty cool pictures, too.

Take care and Merry Christmas!
