Moneybomb for NRA-ILA
I saw this on another forum and thought it was a good idea. Today Diane Feinstein and Joe Biden are going to try and argue why you need to be treated as a potential child-murderer. There will be an all out media blitz in support of that.
Let's do what we can to make it a good day for the pro-RKBA group of our choice as well. If every NRA member sent just $10 to ILA (and you can't even buy a 20rd box of .223 or a magazine for $10 now), the ILA would go into 2014 with a lobbying budget of $42 million - almost twice what they spent in 2012 (and with which they helped 220 A-rated Reps get elected to the House). The ILA could use the cash to help make sure those Reps don't fold and to target those who would attack our civil rights. https://www.nraila.org/get-involved-...re/donate.aspx |

Thank you for the link. I just made a $250 donation.
Be warned that if you the credit card number has no spaces. i only say this because I had to translate one of those hard-to-read things again to prove I wasn't a computer. And I'm not real good at it! All right people, stop bitching and do something productive. Put a little of your money where your mouth is. And while the NRA-ILA may not perfectly in line with your opinions, it's better than doing nothing. |

I'm well stocked so in the absence of readily available ammo and components I've been giving $20 out of each paycheck.

I decided to give up one range visit a month, and donate the proceeds to the NRA/ILA.
This is the only thing that really makes anything happen in Washington. MONEY!

Stupid thing keeps telling me they were unable to verify my address with the post office. I'll have to call them I guess.

I'm also passing the word to all of my friends who are members of the NRA.

There is a push to have a more organized version of this on February 18th (Washington's Birthday).
So you may want to hold off, or you may want to chip in another $10 on the 18th. Your call. I am planning to donate again on the 18th. The main thing is that every little bit makes a difference. $10 may not seem like much; but with 4.2 million NRA members, it makes a big, big statement. You don't need to donate a lot of money or put yourself in financial jeopardy in order to help out at this important juncture. The more people who lend a hand and participate. The less each of us can give and still have a big impact. |
