Is Weatherby SA08 a Armsan (Turkish) A620?

Is the new Weatherby SA08s rebranded Armsan (Turkish) A620s? If so, is it exactly the same gun, or are there some minor differences? Are Armsan A620s less expensive and available in the US?

As always, thanks if advance for your help.

Armsan's are the Mossberg SA-20, the Weatherby's are similar not exact...

The Mossberg (Armsan) uses dual action bars, the Weatherby SA-08 uses a single.

The Weatherby uses two pistons (heavy & light), the Mossberg uses one...(pistons aren't interchangeable)
