help finding inexpensive .300 Win Mag brass
If anyone has any suggestions for where I might find inexpensive .300 Win Mag brass I'd be quite grateful.
Thanks, Tol |

I sold my .300 and have maybe 60 to 80 rounds of once fired Rem and Win brass. Interested? Make me an offer.

Another suggestion, Tol--
If you need still more, try a public shooting range. Lots of guys leave their brass and the range operators sometimes sweep it up, sort it out and sell it very reasonably. When Elder Son was getting started with his .300 WinMag, I bought over 100 cases for a dime each, at a nearby range.

At one time ... Midsouth Shooters Supply had once fired 300WM (shot at the factory for QC, I believe) ... this stuff was NICE (it never hit a floor anywhere) and it was pretty reasonable ... don't know for sure if they still have it or if it was a one time deal. Worth the phone call to find out, though.

Check E-Bay or Auction Arms. There is always a ton of empty brass on E-Bay. 300 Mag is not that popular but it is there sometimes.

Thanks for the tips!
I've been calling all over tarnation without much luck so far but I've got my fingers crossed. John: Thank you for the kind offer. I'm going to exhaust the list of ranges locally in an effort to save shipping and if that doesn't pan out, I'll drop you a line. Tol |

What are you going to use the cases for?
Don't cheap out. If you buy a box of 100 pieces of good brass, that's enough to shoot out your barrel, plus some. Use neck sizing/minimal full length resizing, and you can shoot it a BUNCH.
