Zenit-Belomo Scope

This scope was given to me as part of my fathers belongings after his passing. The limited info I've found on the net directs me to a polish website that sells them. I know he had at one time an AK-47 that this was more than likely mounted to. Unfortunately he sold the AK before his passing, would've loved to have had it along with his other handguns. Has anyone had any experience with these and can the mounts be changed to use on other rifles.
