Turkey news..........

I know it's a bit early, two weeks away here in NE FL, but they are gobbling away.

Was out in the boat checking on bedding bass along the west shore of the St. Johns River both on Saturday afternoon and this afternoon and the birds were busy in the woods. It's been warm here the last few days and the old tom we have out in a pen in the yard has been at it too.

Let's hope it's not like last year here in NE FL, where a lot of the really hot action happened before the season started.....................
