Question on Lyman All American press and #55 powder measure.

Im fairly new to reloading and have an opportunity to get a lightly used Lyman All American 4 hole turret press with a #55 powder measure on it. Im looking to use it for .223, .308, .38 & .357 magnum. Can anyone tell me how good this press is and if it would be good for a small amount of reloading. Also, Does anyone know the largest caliber that will fit in it? The press has standard thread die turret and large and small primer rods with primer loading arm.
