22 Ammo Block

Way back in the sixties, I bought a 22 rimfire ammo block. The block is grey silicone rubber, measuring 4 1/2 X 2 X 5/8 inches, and has 13 pairs of holes in each of the two long edges. Each hole has a slit to aid in removing the round.
After more than forty years, the block still holds the cartridges securly in place, but still allows easy access.
Does anyone out there know if this, or a similiar, block is available?
