What a neat way to make B/P bullets.

I commented on this thread (just behind) the fellow who makes these homemade bullets. How do you fellows suppose He goes about doing that with 45 ACP brass?_ {I know He said swagging but I wonder if this could be done on a single stage press?} I also wonder if He were to anneal first. Would they all be near identical? What a neat ability this fellow has_

I like the jacketed bullets made from old 45 ACP cases.

Really neat!

Would enjoy seeing his process from beginning to end.

Hey Jimbull34,

If you're listening out there, produce a vid. of making your bullets.

"BTSniper" is the fellow that makes the dies sets for swaging your own from empty case'es ...Search his threads and you will be amazed at what he/you can do with old brass and one of his die sets.

There are so many threads on using his dies and making bullets.;...years worth of accumulated information.

He has added canelure tools and XTP style cuts to several of them.

Mister, why do you carry a 45? "Cause Sam Colt don't make a 46."

Thank you freedom475 for commenting. Been reading about BT Sniper all morning. He sure is a interesting fellow with imagination and talent.

Well gents I now have a much preferred answer to my questions. If you TFL fellows decide to follow Freedom 475's links your going to see and read some interesting things concerning swagged bullets. As I see it BT Sniper's prices for set of dies is a bit spendy. No doubt he puts allot of his time in perfecting a near flawless product and deservedly needs to be rewarded for his efforts & talents.__"Imagine not having to worry about another bullet shortage for your favorite modern weapon ever again." What a deal!! As for me. I'm going to make contact and see if Mr. BT Sniper has anything available for my 54 cal. I still love shooting those patched balls y'all. But a heavy duty custom made bullet for my 54 would be the Cats Meow.

Yes, an interesting concept for sure.

And the bullets on BT Snipers site are very good looking.
