Is this an HP mould

Found this while surfing for BP moulds on the bay and it's listed as HP, but I just don't see how. The pin is not movable. It more appears to me to be a convert-a-point mould, like RN to FRN to SP. It is a Cramer #41 two cavity. I tried to post a pic, but if it didn't take, it is auction number 260076134282.

Anyone got a clue?
