Willey Clapp Colt
Does anyone have a Wiley Clapp Colt, Lightweight Commander? How do you like it. Did it work well?

I have one. It is ok, nothing special. I liked the feel of the grips but hated the "fingers" printed on them so they have been removed and replaced with a different pair.
It shoots ok but isn't in the class as my Les Baer. |

Wiley Clapp Commander?
I have one and am well pleased. I've shot just over 100rnds. with it with no problems. This is my first aluminum frame pistoland have perceived no significant difference in recoil. My next range trip will be with reloads and hollow points. I love the grips. to each his own?!?

I have one. For me it is the very near perfect carry weapon.

I recently purchased one, and really like it. Shoots great, amazingly accurate, no malfunctions in a couple hundred rounds.
After owning for only a month or so, I noticed some rust showing on the slide. It is back at Colt for refinishing, should be returning any day. I like the grips, but have always wanted Sambar stag grips on a 1911, so I went that directions. The Sambar on this Colt looks beautiful!
