Powder charge for subsonic 80 grains .223 Rem

Good evening,
I'm involved in the ballistic part of a realistic First Person Shooting game, so I would be thankful if someone could tell me the needed powder charge to drive a 80 grain .223 Remington bullet from a 20" barrel at 1040 FPS.
Moreover, I'm sick of finding data about FN's 5.7x28mm cartridges, I'm looking for the powder charge of both the 31gr. SS190 and the 55gr. subsonic SB193... These datas are needed to calculate guns recoil.

Thank you...

Powder charge for subsonic 80 grains .223 Rem?

Powder charge for subsonic 80 grains .223 Rem ?
I don't know about using an 80 grain bullet but, Lee has a "SHOOTER" program out that is available for about $12 that allows you to take your original, full charge, powder and down-size the load to the velocity you want. At 1,000 fps the bullet might tumble.

There are a couple of good articles on reduced loads for the .223. I personally am using 9.0 grains of W296 with a 40 grain bullet, but I haven't chronographed it yet. YMMV
