Mak90 pins removal

I have a MAK 90 and was going to try out a muzzle brake that is installed by removing the front sight pin. When it comes to removing pins are they all removing from the same side or does it just vary?
I know you should be knocking them from the side it's smaller on because common sense tells you can't do it the other way around. My gun though it's sorta hard to tell with some of these pins such as the one I need to get removing while the receiver ones are easy to see.

So mostly question is, are different pins installed from different sides or should they all pop out the same side.. if so anyone know what side I should be hitting this pin out on?

Thanks
