Anyone Here Own a PE57 or STGW57?

I'm looking for information on the special chamber the Swiss put into these guns. In addition to the G3-style fluting, there's an extra step at the shoulder that aids function, but I have no clue on the dimensions. I have a really good reproduction PE57 barrel in 308, but I'm set on chambering the rifle in 7.5Swiss as was intended (and so I don't have to modify anything but the reproduction barrel).

From the fire-formed brass I've seen, it looks like the step could be cut into a standard 7.5Swiss reamer to get the needed profile. I've read accounts of fluting being cut with a simple jig and a diamond burr (slow, but careful) turning out excellent results.
