I think i have a problem
so i think that i have a problem ... since i've got all my reloading supplies i have been reloading pretty much any waking moment that i have free time. I think that i enjoy reloading almost as much as i like shooting.

I have been known to go shooting just to have something to reload when I get back.

Funny, I already own dies for calibers that I dont even shoot! Sometimes I go shoot my 22/45 just so I can pick up more brass and save the rounds I already made! However I am taking about 250rds tonight to the range, gotta stay sharp!

Its a toss up for me, I like to reload as much as I like to shoot.
I find reloading very rewarding in knowing the rounds I am shooting are rounds I made myself |

I love reloading in my out-building, because my wife is in the house!

I love my hobbies because they feed each other!
I shoot so that I can reload so that I can shoot so that I can reload so that I can...well, you get the idea. |

Wait 'til it gets so bad you go to the range some days to shoot just so you can pick up others left over brass. Wednesday here
Even though I have many thousands of rounds of brass I don't need |

I don't feel bad any more reading your comments.
It became a Passion when I started reloading just so I can make Custom loads so my daughter 11 years older at the time can feel confident to shoot my RIFLE. When she dropped that 8 point Texas buck in his tracks with a 243 win And a special load for her. It felt SO REWARDING.

I would not enjoy shooting near as much if I did not reload. I started shooting in the 50's with my own reloads for the 30/06, never fired a factory round until somebody gave me an ammo can full of GI 45 ACP. I have bought very little ammo, and don't see that changing.

In the past over 2 years I have spent a minimum of 1 day a week at the range shooting. I usualy fire at least 300 rounds per trip out of varios guns. The only factory ammo I have used with guns is the first time, or two shooting a new one to make sure everthing is ok. (Exception would be a 91-30 that I have more ammo than I will shoot in a life time of in spam cans. As well as a P-64 that I carry I use the steel cased cheap stuff it is cheap and works every time.)
I have fired less than 300 rounds of factory ammo in the guns I reload for. I spend quite a few hours of my week prepping brass.

I agree with everyone here. It's hard to tell which I enjoy more.

I still think the reloading kits should come with a warning sign to hang on our door when reloading.
WARNING
Reloading is addictive We interrupt this normal life to bring you better rounds, greater accuracy and more fun than one person should be allowed to have.

Reloading as an excuse
It was mentioned above...reloading for calibers you don't even own. I do the same, and after getting a couple hundred loaded up, I point out to the wife I need to buy a rifle so I can shoot them. She has yet to connect the dots as to why I'm reloading for rifles I don't yet own. Two hundred .270 Winchester bullets later, I just bought me a new Marlin in .270 Win. Of course, now I need to buy a sling...and some scope rings...and a scope...and some dies for 300 Win Mag.
