I want to hard chrome an HK P7M8. I would like the slide "brushed" and the round areas matte finished. I want to be certain that the preparation of the metal is carefully done so that the symbols and lettering remian clear. Who would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

A fellow TFL member, ddesalvo, had excellent results with his P7M8 from:
Rebel Refinishing 111 N. Main St. Wildwood, FL 34785 (352) 330-0268 Bob Cogan's crew at Accurate Plating and Weaponry did an excellent job on my 1911 frame... but, read Greg Bell's post in the pistol forum. Apparently the P7 is a totally different animal than most other weapons when it comes to refinishing. I plan on sending my M8 to Rebel Refinishing to have it hard chromed. ------------------ BKs Pistol Pages |
