Where to start?????

Hey all.

I'm about to start reloading. I've the reloading manuals. What powder and projectile would you start with? We don't need any projectiles heavier than 130 grain because we're only shooting fallow deer during the seasons. Thanks in advance.

I'd use one the powders that is recommended in the manuals and probably use a bullet lighter than 130 grain. I prefer Berger bullets, but Sierra makes a nice bullet too. Gotta see what your rifle likes....they are all different! Good luck!
