Just got home from my morning hunt and while I was out I tested 10 rounds with the new oal and they fed perfectly.

I use 6.0 Universal in 45 acp loads under a 200 grn plated RN. They have cycled fine in a 1911 & H&K. The RN isn't very sexy but I went there for reliability. I also use 1.225 col. I have heard the 'ridge' on some of the other bullet designs can hang-up on feeding. I think your 6.0 powder charge is enough so it should cycle.
