Aftermarket Iron Sights for Marlin 25M

I recently bought a Marlin 25M bolt-action .22 magnum rifle and I want to put a MOA adjustable rear sight on it. I favor open sights at ranges of 50 yards or less, which is a practical for what I want to use this rifle for. The stock sight is not adjustable and the rifle is shooting hard left 4 or 5 inches and about 2 or 3 inches high. The groups are tight though, so I think this rifle can be very accurate with a good sight.

Any suggestions for aftermarket iron sights for this rifle? The receiver is dovetailed so I'm open to that option.
