Which lube (grease, oil, etc.) to use on which parts in an autoloading pistol?

It depends on the pistol. Generally, I use grease on the slide rails, Shooter's Choice red grease or Wilson's, a drop of oil on the barrel and guide rod, one into the hammer area, and that is it. But some guns need more than others. Glocks do not need as much as Smiths, which is my carry/duty weapon. It needs an oil change every time I shoot. Find factory literature.
