Pistol similar in feel to G21's?
I have a G21 and G20, I want to try a metal framed pistol next, I always liked the look of stainless steel pistols with wood grips. Looking for something similar in size to the pistols I have. Figured I can kill two birds, I've been wanting to try something in a smaller caliber then what I have, except for the short and weak, its to close to what I own already. I'd like to stay under a thousand.

im sure you could hollow out enough of a 2x4 to fit most any steel auto inside it? the benefits of removable grips!
I kid I kid. Best I could recommend is stick with the glock platform and build one on a steel lower? Most steel frames feel quite a bit different then glocks.

CZ 75 is a classic metal frame. Can get in stainless, and get wood grips for it. 9mm its best caliber. Beretta 92 another good choice.

Lol, Venom, I like the size of the weapon it fits well in my hand, could be better but its hard to complain about, neither blocks have let me down yet.
I was looking at some 92's, Sportsmans and Walmart only had the black, fred myers has the silver one in town. I was ogling it for a little bit, it is a nice gun. I have seen some 9mm 1911's that look really nice but I'd rather my first 1911 be a 45. |

Maybe a large-frame Witness, from EAA? Based on the CZ75, it's large enough to chamber .45, .38 Super, and 10mm. I handled a .38 Super version, called something like Elite Match, it seemed like a very nice gun.
