Seems that Eagle and Blackhawk have quite similar products with quite similar U.S. prices. Is there much difference between the quality of the two brands?

It's like comparing a Volvo to a Saab. Personal preference.

I have long been a fan of Blackhawk gear, but in the past couple of years, they have moved their production to Korea.
Since that time some operators have said there has been a drop in quality. For the gear I use there's little difference. However, I am looking at Eagle products for future purchases. Mike Noell at Blackhawk is an honorable man who has served his country well, but I prefer to purchase made in USA gear when possible. |

Though both make good gear, there is some doubt about some Blackhawk gear since production was moved to Korea. I've got some Blackhawk stuff and way too much Eagle stuff.
I love Eagle gear. Nothing but Quality. |
