AR-15 Upper

Looking for a 223 or 300 blackout upper, anyone know where i can get one for a reasonable price? Also, i'm planning on getting the 16" barrel but wondering if i should get the long or short gas system. Heard the short one is not as reliable.

Palmetto State Armory has the best quality/value lineup. They have amazing customer service, a solid reputation, and about a 2 week build time which is fast compared to most others 8-10weeks.

Carbine gas tube should be more reliable at cycling lower powered ammo. But if you're not shooting wolf, you should be fine with a midlength.
