USPSA question

im wanting to start shooting USPSA....with a .40S&W Glock G23 put me in Limited class because of the .40 caliber
im wanting to shoot production....but someone on another forum said i wouldnt be able to shoot production with the .40....so is production 9mm only?

You can shoot any caliber you want in Production, 9mm P or larger.
It is just that they are all SCORED the same as 9mm at Minor Power Factor.
Your G23 will be fine.

Ok good....not really looking to get super compedetive or anything just wanting to go for fun and some training

You can take advantage of major power factor scoring if you shoot in Limited 10, though there will probably be LOTS more competition in Production.

Do yourself a favor and forget about minor/major scoring.
It just makes for sloppy shooting.
Just try to hit all As and it won't matter.
