rifled replacement barrels for remington spr100

I recently got a remington spr100 and i am looking to do some deer hunting with it possibly. I bought some slugs to go with it but now im wondering if i wouldnt do better with a rifled barrel. I've also thought about using 45LC shells with it and was wondering what some of you with a little more experience thought of this idea. I know that they are supposed to be interchangable but have never tried it. Also can someone tell me does remington even make a rifled barrel for this particular model or would i have to have one custom made? Any information on this would be a great help. thanks for in advance for anyone with any information.
