34, please. I set up the random number generator in Excel, and that's what popped up first. I figure that's as good a way to pick it as any. Probability of .01 of being correct, same as any other number.

If anyone else wants to try that approach, turn on Excel or Calc (from the free Open Office Suite), and copy and paste into any cell:

=ROUND(RAND()*(99)+1, 0)

If the first result matches a number already taken, push F9 to make it recalculate and select another as many times as you need.
