Public chrono? (SoCal)
Anyone know of a place or range I can shoot a remington 700 in SoCal some what local to orange county area that has a chronograph??? Or does anyone have one in the orange county area? Maybe meet up at a range and let me shoot some round through it?
Im looking to test some hand loads I just put together to see what fps im getting from them but dont really see me putting money down for a chrono a smart buy for how often I plan on using it.

Buy a chrony you will use it all the time. I don't know how I went so long without it. It helps me to build accurate loads faster, puls knowing how fast the bullet travels allows me to plug the numbers in to a ballistics calculator. This allows me to set my MPBR for the size of target I want to hit. I paid $140 in all for mine with a tri-pod and it has saved me at least that in powder bullets and primers while doing load developement.
