hell ya!!!
my newest mosin score came out to be a Ex-Sniper 1942 Izzy!!!! im so happy to finally have a sniper rifle!!!!

My son has an ex-sniper Mosin, I'm assuming it has the holes for the scope mount welded up like his. that making it an EX-Sniper. the problem is that it is a crap shoot as to the accuracy, and he lost. With a little research I found that the Russians took some out of sniper service because they needed more infantry rifles. but others were either had worn out bores, or other reason that made them inaccurate, and not eligible for sniper service. Guess he got the latter. Looks good, shoots horrible!
