Articles on Robbery Prevention
From a very good (if rough) site:
http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/robbery.html Lots of articles by the author, an ex-gang member. The links within are very good, especially those on "fringe areas" and the "five stages of violent crime." Didn't see the guy's site posted here before. Discuss. Thanks, Doggieman, . . . I just finished a 200 mile drive after a funeral, . . . so discussion for tonight will be limited, . . . but I did bookmark the site and will be going back for sure.
Seemed to have a lot of good solid info to help the "less" trained. May God bless, Dwight

Since his site is a bit, shall we say, "unkempt," here are direct links to a couple of his articles..
Five Stages of Violent Crimes: http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/five_stages.html Dangerous Fringe Areas: http://www.nononsenseselfdefense.com/fringe.html He has some other good articles too, though some are a bit hit and miss. |

Excellent articles on awareness. I need to get the wife to read it as she is more likely to frequent the "fringe areas" that were talked about. (she is also more likely to be totally oblivious to her surroundings but we are working on that.)
