It's a (poorly done) watermark to prevent people from stealing his images. It only exists on your computer screen and not on the actual primers.

So, the primers are commericial quality suitable for reloading? Not seconds, etc?

I see nothing in the ad to indicate they are seconds.
"All Primers are OEM for NATMIL, purchaser will receive either Winchester, CCI or Sellier & Bellot. These primers are the excess primers from our ammunition manufacturing plant. " |
