6mm seater for .243?

Can I use a 6mm remington RCBS bullet seating die for .243 Winchester?

6mm die

The 6mm cartridge is longer than a 243. The seating stem would need to be screwed down too far.
When you would try to seat a bullet it would not be supported inside the die and would tend to plop over and enter the case at an angle crushing it. Jim
