hunting on personal property in va
I was wondering if I can hunt on my own property in VA without a hunting license. I know in West Virginia residents can hunt on their own property without a hunting license. I can't find anything pertaining to this on the net and thought I would ask.

According to this you're ok. Read the 'Exceptions'.

Can't tell you about VA which is your post, but in Texas, must have a license. Call a game warden.

If you qualify from the list posted in above link then the answer would be yes.
