turret knobs

I'm way too long in life to worry about looking stupid, but this is something I've had a hard time learning. Can turret knobs for a riflescope be installed on a scope not issued from the factory without them? I have a Konus 6-24 and would like to have turret knobs. Konus says they don't have them. Do any of you know of any aftermarket turret knob availability? If not, it looks like somebody has a market niche waiting.

I've seen aftermarket turrets for the older leupolds (with the screwdriver slot adjustment) but don't know if anyone makes them for konus.

Stony Point made a product for some scopes. It screwed in place as a scope cap,but pretty much had a screwdriver/knob trapped in it.
