Diopter equipped M96's

Recently got these two m96's with diopter sights.

One came with a Soderin sight:

And the other came with a Hellqvist rear sight:

Both rifles are matching, except for the cleaning rod and have pristine bores.

A few questions:

Neither barrel has undergone the "B" mod. Is this usual for the diopter equipped M96's?

Both stocks look new and are in very good condition. Neither rifle has a stock disc. Many of the diopter equipped M96's seem to be missing the stock disc. Is that the norm for these rifles?

Can't seem to find much information about whether there was a program that involved diopter equipped M96's. By that, I mean some program in Sweden, similar to our own NRA or CMP, that converted these rifles to some match standard that might involve adding a new "non-B modded" barrel, a new stock and new diopter sights. If so, could this explain the non-threaded barrel and the newer stock with no stock disc?

Thanks
