While cruising the pawn shops today I found a couple of interesting pieces. a plated Smith in 32/20 very bad cosmetically. Would it be feasible to convert to 32h/r Magnum. I also found a Remington Model 6 in 32 rimfire. Can it be changed to cf if not 32 mag maybe 32 long? |

Mike, rimfire would be impractical for what it would cost to have it done. I might be wrong about that but I think it would be very expensive. The pistol on the other hand might be as easy as changing cylinders and setting the barrel back. The 32-20 brass is nearly as long as the OAL of the 32mag. There might be a way of using inserts in the chambers to reduce to the .32 mag dimensions but I think accuracy would probably suffer if it was feasible at all. George
