Problems with I.O. Hellcat II
I have a brand new I.O. Hellcat II that I just picked up today and I am having problems. I got it all lubed up and tried to chamber a round. Did not chamber, didn't even start to. I tried 3 different brands of ammo all round nose FMJ. Sometimes it will chamber half way. 2 times it fully chambered then was stuck in the barrel. I had to jam something down the barrel and bang it out. The barrel looks pitted, along with the feed ramp. I am so frustrated I work hard for my money this was my christmas present now I am stuck with a gun that won't even chamber a round and unable to contact I.O. till after the holidays. I thought I would take a chance with a cheaper gun guess that was a bad idea.
Since this issue I have looked online and their customer service looks horrible I am almost afraid to send the thing back to them. I also refuse to pay shipping there OR back. The warranty form requires you to enter credit card number for return shipping. What bull****, thanks for a great christmas io. |

I.O. makes terrible guns. Sorry to hear you didn't research it ahead of time...
