Looks like a great setup. I'd love not having to wear something over my IWB all the time but man oh man would that pistol ever get sweaty in the Florida heat.

Smart Carry.

You can carry in a pair of shorts with no shirt at all if you want. With the right pants and a reasonable sized gun, its very comfortable and easily accessed.

The DeepConcealment holster has extra padding to keep sweat from being a factor

My first reaction to the sight of all that fabric was "that's going to get sweaty." The idea of extra padding makes this fat guy like the idea even less.

SmartCarry

Since you inquired about "deep" concealment, it's hard to beat how deeply the SmartCarry conceals.

I looked at the smart carry but wanted more of a shoulder holster type like the DeepConcealment holster is. I have a fanny pack holster that is great for my .45 and it has a place for 2 clips and other stuff.

I have and have used the undershirt type holsters, which carry the gun much like the holster you show. I havent tried the DeepConcealment, but from the looks of it, its not going to be as comfortable and concealable as the undershirt type.

I also have a couple of Smart Carry's. They have basically replaced the undershirts for deeper concealment use. They are more comfortable over the course of the day, and actually faster to access. The only downside with the Smart Carry for me is, I cant pull of a full size gun comfortably.

If its got to be the shoulder type, Id look into the Kramer "Confidant" undershirt holster. 5.11 makes one too, but I found them to be less effective and uncomfortable.

I got my DeepConcealment holster this morning and it is wonderful. I tried it with my Judge and asked my father what the thought, he told me to put the gun on and would let me know.. I notice a slight bulge with the Judge but I am also looking for it. With my 1911 .45 I have no bulge what so ever.
The weight is distributed great, I hardly know it is on. I will just have to resist checking constantly to make sure it is still there.
Will re-post in a few days to let ya know how it wears over the long haul.

I have worn the DeepConcealment holster almost a week now and it is great. I was around my brother for about 4 hours (dinner, store , and some lite yard work) and before he left I showed him I had been wearing it all day (with my judge). He had no clue. It is my best best shoulder type holster ever.
