5" J-Frame Shoulder Holster Needed

It seems that the 3" and 5" S&W Model 60s are orphans in the holster world. I own both and have found solutions for pocket (3" only) and IWB carry (both required custom holsters) but I would very much like a shoulder holster as both other solutions don't work well when I'm driving and in/out of the car a lot. Also, the 5" is my preferred carry and I would very much like the holster to be vertical with the muzzle down (a la Dirty Harry) as I worry about something poking out with the revolver's length in a horizontal carry.

Can anyone recommend a source for this? I have a custom holster maker who can do this for around $200 but I'd prefer not to pay that much. While leather would be nice I'd be perfectly happy with a quality fabric approach.
