Ellison's Hakim's test fired?

I know when purchasing a C&R, some companies guarantee safety to fire, and other's don't.
Does Ellsion's make a safe to shoot claim? or at least state that the rifle was inspected for safety before selling?

And in particular, anyone with an Ellison's Hakim (or any Hakim) report any problems?
(not with the gas valve adjustment, but with safety to shooter or shot number 1)

No info on that vendor.

However...
I always safety check and headspace check ALL new acquititions. And first shot is fired with tire and string.
