Anyone use this sight? Thinking of getting the 7 moa dot for a S&W 59 used for plate/pin shoots. Dealer says it comes with a Weaver mount, anybody use it on a shotgun? How does it work in low light? ETC...Thanks for the help.

An unloaded pistol is a paperweight.

I don't use it on a shotgun, but I have it mounted on a Kimber Gold Match. It works very well, enabling me to shoot it much quicker and more accurately than I could with the open sights.

I have the 3 moa sight, as I do mainly target shooting at 50 feet or so. It is very accurate, and once you loctite the screws so that it dosen't come loose, it works well.

The original battery I put in lasted for only a month or two, but the last one has lasted for many months (6+), and I shoot about 400 to 500 rounds a week.
