trouble with TC

I am not quite sure what is the problem with my TC encore. I think there is a problem with the extractor. Yesterday after I shot it, I had just a small bit of trouble feeding a new shell in. When I tried to open the barrell back up, the shell would not come out. So I shot the rifle again. I got the spent case out with a cleaning rod. Now when i try to reload it, I noticed that the extractractor doesn't come all the way out. When I try to load a round the shell snags on the extractor skuffing the case. WHAT IS WRONG?

Are these reloads or re manufactured ammo? If you take the forearm off and remove the barrel, you should be able to push the extractor back and forth. You may need to oil the channel the extractor rides in.

I have tried both reload and factory. I apprears that the extractor is not comming out far enough. I have oil it down and will try that.
