Good job on your shooting now for several questions. I use a Spear and a Nosler manual which doesn't show a 55g load using H-414. It does show H-414 using 60g bullets.
The reason I ask is I have several boxes of nosler 55g spitzer bullets. I've never been able to develope a load using H-380 or IMR4320. I've found in my rifle, it's only accurate with 50 and 52g bullets so the 55's sit. Did you guess with the powder, someone suggest it, or do you have a different manual with the reloading data? I just noticed a post you made showing you reloading area, very nice job. Where's the TV, I saw the stero speakers? Thanks, Bill

I'll have to go look in my loading room, I believe it was shooters bible that had the load. 41.5 was the max, 36.5 was the starting point.
I do have a butt load of 50 gr noslers + H380 in transit, but I had the H414+55gr for my 223, figured I'd give it a try. I might just leave it alone |
